Two Part High Solids Coatings

Plural component coatings are unique two-part high solids coating used when traditional coating system requirements cannot be used.

Plural component coatings are unique two-part high solids coating used when traditional coating system requirements cannot be used.

These unique two-part coatings are typically labeled part (A) and part (B) high solids coating or part (A) resin or base and part (B) co-reactant
or curing agent. The two-part components, mixed in predefined ratios, is called chemical cross-linking. Plural components systems allow these individual components to cure anywhere within seconds or hours depending on the product application requirements.

Phoenix Tech International has the necessary industrial painting equipment and
extensively trained personnel to apply these unique coatings to a wide
range of applications.

The three types of coatings consist of:

  • Epoxies
  • Polyureas
  • Polyurethane
